While browsing the New Zealand IFST web site I came across this link for a free web book which is about food processing. It's not been in print for some years but contains a whole load of information that normally costs you $$.
While it might not be relevant to everyone I"m sure there's a few out there who'd benefit from this opportunity.

Thanks for the tip! That's a nice book. I do understand it all ;-). Hard to find all that (Perry?) in one place & lots of worked examples, so you can cut & paste.

Wow! This was a great find. Thanks for posting the link. This was one of my textbooks in college. With all of my relocations, I lost all my college textbooks. Now if only the rest of them will be issued in electronic form!
