Thankfully I've never seen anyone breakdown in tears after receiving an award in the food industry (please let me know if you have and better still, send a photo!) and they're certainly not the Oscars but do they have a big impact on sales?
Of course being present in a magazine as the winner is good PR, but does it naturally follow that this translates into more sales, and do you need to be 1st, 2nd, 3rd or just on the short list to get this boost?
